  1. This was a wonderful opportunity for the architects to present something really sensational. However this proposal looks hideous; in both its design and use of materials. It appears distinctly incongruous in its position; nor has it any conversation with its surroundings. Hear that distant screech? Its Frank Lloyd Wright spinning in his grave!

  2. The simple fact is they can't wait to destroy an excellent local facility for purely mercenary and bureaucratic reasons. Hence one slapdash plan after another.
